At Home Sleep Testing by Sleep Doctor, we strive to ensure your diagnostic journey is seamless; however, due to the medical nature of our diagnostic kits, we offer a specific return window for unused equipment. Please review our policy to understand eligibility for refunds and the necessary steps to return your testing device.
Verification of Eligibility
Ensure your home sleep test kit is unopened and the original security seal is intact, as used or opened medical diagnostic equipment cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Request a Return Authorization
Contact our patient support team within 30 days of purchase to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Package Your Device
Securely place the unused testing kit in its original packaging and clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Inspection and Refund
Once our facility receives and inspects the kit to confirm it remains in a sellable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable processing fees.
